Phil has tried over 40 cases to verdict before a jury. The majority of his career was spent defending individuals and companies that were defendants in personal injury actions. Since 2001, he has successfully represented plaintiffs and their families who have suffered personal injuries.

Phil often is retained to serve as a mediator or arbitrator to help parties resolve their personal injury actions. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
