Kirsten Fish graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law summa cum laude in 2001.

Undergraduate

Ms. Fish received her B.S. in Chemistry with honors from the University of California at Davis in 1998.

Experience

Ms. Fish was admitted to the California State Bar in 2001 and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Northern District of California.  She has  been practicing as a litigation associate at NDKY since 2002, focusing on complex business litigation, product liability litigation, and elder abuse litigation.

Early in her career, Ms. Fish prepared and prosecuted patent applications while working as a patent associate at Skjerven, Morrill, MacPherson, focusing on areas of technology such as semiconductor equipment, materials and processing, network systems, Internet applications, digital audio broadcasting systems, optical and laser instrumentation, telecommunication systems, and video data processing.  She was also involved in various areas of intellectual property litigation.  Ms. Fish is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
